Siriporn Chaiwan
Nonthaburi — Conversation Starter Workshop

"My husband and I had been putting off talking about our household plans for two years. Not because we disagreed, but because we didn't know where to start. The workshop gave us a way in — practical cards we could actually sit down with at home the following weekend. It was a calm afternoon, no pressure at all."

Bang Khen — Paperwork Coaching Sessions

"I had boxes of documents I hadn't looked at in years. The coach was patient and never made me feel embarrassed about the state of things. We went through a sorting method that actually made sense, and I now have a simple index I can maintain on my own. It took one visit plus a follow-up. Very useful."

Anchalee Phromma
Mueang Nonthaburi — Conversation Starter Workshop

"I came with my mother and my sister. We each had different ideas about what we needed to discuss, but the workshop held all of that together well. The glossary was genuinely helpful — several words I thought I understood turned out to mean something slightly different in the formal sense. Good afternoon well spent."

Nonthaburi — Community Family Partnership

"We run a neighbourhood welfare group and wanted to offer something practical to members without turning our meetings into advice sessions — which we're not qualified to run. Roostwell's partnership programme solved that exactly. The facilitator training was straightforward, the materials were ready to use, and our first session went smoothly."

Pornpan Laosiri
Bang Khen — Paperwork Coaching Sessions

"What I liked was that the coach never touched my documents or told me what to do with them. She showed me a system, and I sorted everything myself — which meant I actually remembered where things went afterwards. I'd suggest booking two sessions rather than one if your paperwork is spread across different rooms."

Suthida Rungsang
Mueang Nonthaburi — Conversation Starter Workshop

"My elderly parents and I attended together. It was the first time we'd talked about some of these things as a family — not because we avoided it, but because we never had a structure. Nattaporn was warm without being intrusive. She set the tone well. We left with the prompt cards and used two of them that evening."

A closer look: family journeys

Three accounts shared in more detail, with the families' permission.

Case Study — Conversation Starter Workshop

A couple in Nonthaburi who needed a starting point

The situation

A couple in their forties had been aware for some time that they needed to organise their household plans, particularly following a family health event the previous year. Both felt the topic was important but neither was sure how to raise it without the conversation becoming difficult.

What they did

They attended a Conversation Starter Workshop together on a Saturday morning. They found the prompt cards gave them a way to raise topics in a low-stakes format. The glossary helped them understand several terms they had assumed they knew but had not looked at closely before.

What followed

Within two weeks they had worked through six prompt cards at home and identified three areas where they wanted to seek professional advice. They felt the workshop had given them the vocabulary and the calm to continue the conversation themselves.

"We needed somewhere to begin. The workshop was that place — not overwhelming, not rushed. Just a quiet start."
Case Study — Paperwork Coaching Sessions

A family sorting through inherited documents

The situation

Following the passing of their father, three adult siblings found themselves responsible for a substantial collection of household documents that had been stored without any clear system. They had no idea what was present, what was missing, or what might require attention from a professional.

What they did

Two of the three siblings attended a Paperwork Coaching Session together. The coach walked them through the Roostwell household index categories, and the siblings sorted the physical documents themselves. The coach noted which categories appeared incomplete and pointed to relevant official channels for follow-up.

What followed

After two sessions across three weeks, the family had a working index of all documents, a personal checklist, and a clear list of items to follow up with relevant professionals. "It felt manageable for the first time," one sibling noted.

"We didn't know what we didn't have. The coaching sessions helped us see the picture clearly — without anyone making decisions for us."
Case Study — Community Family Partnership

A workplace wellness programme in Nonthaburi

The situation

A mid-sized company in the area wanted to add family planning education to their employee wellness calendar but were concerned about inadvertently offering advice they were not qualified to give. Previous attempts at similar topics had created more questions than they could answer.

What they did

The HR team entered the Community Family Partnership. Roostwell delivered a half-day facilitator training for the HR coordinator, supplied participant materials for 35 employees, and provided a delivery schedule template which the company adapted to their quarterly calendar.

What followed

Over four sessions across one quarter, 31 of 35 employees attended at least one session. Post-session feedback from participants rated the materials 4.7 out of 5 for clarity. The company renewed the partnership for the following year.

"The boundary between education and advice was crystal clear in everything Roostwell gave us. That was exactly what we needed."
